The Lo1UK35 had multiple antenna versions. This is the most common one. It would have been used while carrying the lo1 on the back or in the Field. Depending on the Range antenna segments can be removed or added.
It is connected to the lo1 case by sliding it in the socket and securing ti with the big wing nut. It is the connected to the lo1 with the black banana plug.
The top is isolated from the base of the antenna. The segments are made out of aluminium and are very light.
The lo1 has 6 antenna segments I only own 5 of them.
Here one segment is inserted and ready for use.
The antenna base and segments are securely stored in the cover for the Lo1UK35.
