Telefunken E382bf Receiver

The Telefunken E382bf would have been used with the Transmitter Telefunken S321. They were used in smaller ships like Schnellboote, Vorpostenboote and a loot more. They were also used by the Luftwaffe under a different name. It is a short and long wave receiver.

The case is sadly not the original one it is instead for a E2a receiver an earlier version of this one.

This receiver is a late war example and has the NA number on the front plate.

Also important is the Frequency chart. you need it to tune the Radio reliably.

The inside is very basic all 4 Tubes are in the front and can be easily accessed.

Behind them are the Frequency filters that can be adjusted by turning the caps after loosening them.

Below them is the Tuning capacitor it is very nicely machined. also visible is the socket for the TE30 Glimmstabilisator used to protect against lightning.

Here different settings can be selected for use with a Transmitter on standalone. Also the gears for changing the frequency are here.

On the bottom the tube sockets are visible as well as the power socket. A single Adjustment port is also visible on the bottom.
